Plan your next event at Schnucks Cooking School. Host your event in a state of the art cooking school, with professionally trained and experienced chefs to lead your group. We will customize your menu, pair wine with your meal and teach tips and techniques to your guests to create a memorable and exciting event.
Demonstration Classes
We can provide private demonstration classes with wine experts, in which we create a chef’s tasting menu that we pair with four to five different wines, while providing information about the food and the winery. These classes last two to three hours, can be held during daytime or nighttime hours and are non-participatory.
Capacity is 28 and the cost is $50 per person.
Private Parties
Enjoy a fun-filled evening cooking and socializing, with wine paired to the menu. We can create your own custom menu in which everyone puts on an apron, rolls up their sleeves and works magic in this three hour class. The meal your group creates is enjoyed and you get recipes to take home.
Capacity is 24 and the cost is $65 per person.
Corporate Presentations
You can rent the room for your company training or presentations with meals provided by our Fresca Grill.
Room rental rates start at $400 an hour.
Want to do some team building, create some competition and have bragging rights? We will create that for you by dividing the group into three to six teams; set the ground rules; provide the judging and award the winning team with a prize. This four-hour class with customized menus and wine, recipes are provided and prizes are included for the winning team.
Capacity is 24 and the cost is $75 per person.
Already have accomplished cooks in your group? We can host your own Iron Chef competition. The time for this class will be customized to the competition.
Capacity for this event is 24 and the cost is $85 per person.
In our children’s parties use our cooking school format. While we are shopping for the ingredients, supervising the preperation, and enjoying the meal, we will be teaching skills for a life time. The children will take the recipes home and will have fun cooking.
This private children’s class has a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 to 16 and the cost is $35 per child, depending on the age-group.
