In our search for interesting, tasty meals that are good for us, we have many options with different and unusual ingredients that are readily available in our stores. One healthy food ingredient that also meets some of our protein needs is soy. It is found in savory prepared foods, used as a sauce or condiment to provide flavor and saltiness and found in many meatless foods as it adds protein without adding animal fat.
