Mayonnaise will never achieve “health-food” status, but now, it’s gotten a bit better for you thanks to Hellmann’s® mayonnaise dressing with extra virgin olive oil and Kraft reduced fat mayo with olive oil. With nearly half the fat, saturated fat and calories of regular mayonnaise, it’s a better bet when preparing salad dressings, tuna salad, potato salad, cole slaw, dips and sandwiches. Use olive oil mayonnaise in any recipe that calls for regular mayonnaise, and your heart will be happy.

Pam® and Crisco®, two brands known for their nonstick cooking sprays, created an olive oil version that adds just a touch of flavor when you want to sauté. Perfect for low-cal cooking, use olive oil spray on your pasta after cooking and draining to lightly coat before tossing with your favorite vegetables or cheese, or spray the outside of bread slices before cooking toasted cheese sandwiches or garlic bread for a nice crusty exterior. Lightly spray whole chicken or turkey breast before roasting to achieve a crispy skin, or spray potato chunks or hand-cut fries with olive oil before baking.
